Tell us before the event or before participation if you do not want promotional media use. We will make reasonable efforts to respect that request. Wide crowd shots, background footage, equipment footage, and general event footage may still occur when practical removal is difficult.

Rc Ball may accept deposits, scheduled balances, full payments, and approved event payments through Square or PayPal.

Square and PayPal may collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies, terms, security practices, and account settings. Rc Ball does not intentionally store full credit card numbers.
